Hi All!

In our CRM, Contacts get a Deal, which is the whole service we will provide for them. There is a BLueprint for Contact management (Contact Journey) and there is a different Blueprint for the Service we provide (The Deal Journey)). This is useful because 1 Contact can have many Deals.

However, I cant figure it out how to use the templates we have created for the "Deal" module, to send to the Contact associated to that  "Deal". I know this can be done with workflows, but in an automated way. These templates are not fully automated and users need to adapt them to each case. So its need to be able to be sent from the "Deal" record, to proceed on the BLueprint transitions.

Is there a way? How can I add the "Send Email" button to my "Deals"module?
