How to send emails whenver lead is created through web form

i am using free edition of zoho crm and I am very new to zoho crm , i want to send mails to people in the organization or the account holders in the crm but not the user , when user submits the web form, but i am not getting that , i have crated a web form , its not creating a lead when it is submitted, so i need solution for this

what is the procedure to create a lead through web form and how to send mails to the zoho crm members after submitting the web form.
