I'm new to Zoho CRM, and we are in the process of sending out our first mailing. We want to make sure we don't send the same mailing to members of the same company (account). Is there a way to create a field in one contact which when tagged/checked will also show up in the other contacts in the same company. 

If there's a better way to do this, please let me know.
