How to send/schedule recurring, individulaized email to contacts in CRM?

Is there a way to create a separate email for a contact and schedule a recurring send?

I would liken this to creating a reminder within the Activities module with the exception of sending it to the contact verses myself or a user.

I'm aware that emails can be scheduled this way in Zoho Mail but what's the point if the same functionality is not in the CRM?
