How to set up a catch all address?

How to set up a catch all address?

I am using ZOHO to host a domain (www.project-laneways.com.au). I have set up various accounts but there are a lot of important emails sent to various addresses that don't need their own accounts.

How can I set up anything_at_all@project-laneways.com.au to go to a particular acount?
