How to set up automatic contacts synchronization throughout the entire ZOHO-One platform?

How to set up automatic contacts synchronization throughout the entire ZOHO-One platform?

I assume there is a way to set up ZOHO-One in order for it to automatically synchronize contacts throughout the entire platform (among which Mail, Connect, CRM, Desk, Books, Contact Manager, Projects, etc.) but I am unable to find it. Can someone please direct me to instructions on how to do this?

The same question I have about documents, and notes, and ... well, everything! Shouldn't everything synchronize in an integrated platform? Now I receive a file attachment in an email which I need in ZOHO-Connect. If I attach it to a note in ZOHO-Mail, it doesn't become available in Connect, etc. I have to download it first and then upload it from my computer to Connect - or do the same through a Cloud application. There must be a better way.
