How to set up for both B2C and B2B

How to set up for both B2C and B2B

I am new to Zoho CRM and I mostly sell to individuals, but I do sell sometimes sell to business. Should I just put the individuals into contacts and the business in accounts, or would this negate some functionality of Zoho CRM. Would I be better off making the individuals name be the name of the account?
