How to set up mail accounts which go to multiple people

I am used to calling an email accounts that go to multiple people a forwarding account. I think Zoho uses different terminology and I am trying to understand how to do these types of configurations. So abc@mydomain.com then goes to user1@mydomain.com and user2@mydomain.com or a 3rd party email address like Gmail. I have accounts which send an email and a SMS text message for example on my other hosting provider.

Do I need to set up a group for this? That is the only thing I see that might be similar. I know an Alias email can only go to a single person. When I see the fowarding email setup that seems to mean take my me@mydomain.com mail (all of it) and forward it to something like me@gmail.com vs what I am trying to accomplish.

Thanks for the help. I just need a bit more understanding of how Zoho works before I go to the paid version of Zoho Mail.
