How to set up unsubscribe link in a newsletter

Hello,

I am working on behalf of the owner of this account to set up a newsletter for Zoho contacts through CRM. I do not understand how to set up the unsubscribe link. My knowledge of HTML coding is minimal, and our website does not have an unsubscribe form already. Is there some further instructions where a non-programmer might be able to figure out how this works?

In the future, it would be nice to have an unsubscribe link already linked to contacts opt-out status within Zoho, especially since it is a requirement; making this process less painful would be in everyone's favor.
