I would like to use Outlook (in Mac) for my POP for Zoho, but my account settings are being rejected, despite the fact that I have copied the appropriate information from here:
https://mail.zoho.com/biz/index.do
Please advise on how to do this. I needed to go this route because I was getting an error in Apple Mail as well.
The error message is "The server for account... returned the error "authentication failed." Your username/password or security settings may be incorrect."
If this can be resolved, that would great. Otherwise, I would like help on how to cancel my account so I can move to gmail.
