How to setup a document library of pdf forms etc in Zoho CRM

What is the best way to setup a document library to be used with Zoho CRM and other users, in the CRM group.
We constantly have to call upon standard pdf forms and template documents I am unsure where or how to put this together in Zoho crm, which is a fantastic product.
