We use the Zoho People performance management system for annual reviews using KRA and Goals.  Everything works great. 

We want to start doing simple 360 degree reviews where every few months employees can review their managers. This is especially important as we hire new managers. We want a very simple appraisal, basically two items, 1) rate how your manager is doing overall and 2) add any free form text for notes.  We don't need KRAs or goals or anything complex, just two simple questions to each of the employees working for a specific manager.

Is this possible with the 360 degree feedback feature in Zoho People. Does anyone have any videos, or help guides, etc on how to set it up?
