How to share Account, Contact between Sales Teams

How to share Account, Contact between Sales Teams

I'm currently using package Standard Edition with 10 uses.
I'm configured 01 CEO, 03 teams (1 Manager & 2 salesman for each team).

I wonder if it is possible to config so that everyone can share Account & Contact information?
