How to share leads?

I'm using a free version of Zoho as I'm testing it out for my company.

I have my account as an admin and then I've set up another account in an non-admin role.

I'm trying to figure out how I can share leads with this other account.

I've follow the data sharing rules here ( https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/security/data-sharing-rules.html)

I can click Setup > User & Permissions but I don't see any option for "Data Sharing Settings "

Any help is greatly appreciated!
