How to share Live View visitor tracking to other users?

How to share Live View visitor tracking to other users?

Hello, 

I am the admin of my account so I can see my website visitors in real time, however any other user in my team sees an empty ring or list, how can I have them see the same live visitors view ?
Also, if I create a custom view can I share it with other users?
