There are three problems.  The first is that I can not remove these bullets from e-mail templates, although they seem to only appear in google mail not when the recipient is reading e-mail from Outlook.  The second problem is that they seem to be repeating. Finally, they look like they are intended to be active links, but they are not links at all.  \

Every time I save the template another copy of the list is added to the footer.  

I need to clean this up.  How can I turn these off?  Or, if I can't how do I keep them from repeating?  Are they supposed to be working links?
