Hi there. 

I am using zohomail for accessing my many gmail accounts via IMAP and I think it might be the solution I am looking for. However, the conversation view reading pane includes every incidence/ copy of the email in gmail labels in the conversation thread. For example: 

Subject: Sunday Morning

Email #1 in view is User A sent 21.09 - the email in the inbox

Email #2 in view is User A sent 21.09 - the email stored in All Mail
Email #3 in view is User A sent 21.09 - the email in a gmail label that happens in the gmail account itself using filters

But these are identical email showing as three emails in a thread — how can I view just the one email in the inbox? That's all I need. 

Is it a gmail label issue where it counts each email in a label as a separate entity? Because alas, then, zoho is not going to work for me.
