Dear Support Team,

How can I stop my account at Zoho People and refund my payment?

Zoho people could be my greatest web application especially if you add the following features

1. Time based mail alert for probation period
2. Time based schedule mail alert  for performance review
3. Formula Creation...eg collecting leaves taken ...etc
4. Generation report
5. Payroll Scale and bonus scheme
6. Sharing Calender

I have faced some problems regarding mixing/viewing/duplicates data of some people which made me feel unsecured to keep my account activated.
