Hi, I am running a 4 step workflow email sequence in CRM and whenever a leads replies, I manually change the trigger field to something else, like if trigger was on active, I change it to replied but it does not stop email sequences from going out to the leads. How to eliminate those leads from workflow who have replied to email?
