How to submit data from a form to ZOHO crm

How to submit data from a form to ZOHO crm

We filled out some forms with details (the forms are either in HTML or PDF format).
Now when we press on the submit button located at the bottom of the forms, we want that only the data will be sent and inserted into the CRM system (data may be sent as XML).
Is this possible in ZOHO crm and how ?
