How to sync all emails throgh exchange service?

How to sync all emails throgh exchange service?

I want to use the exchange service in order to eliminate any delays, but I found it cannot sync all mails for me, it just downloads recent few months, so I want to know is there any way to enable this feature? Thank you everyone who can help me.
