How to Sync CRM Leads to Campaign Mailing lists by certain criteria

I have a free trial with campaigns and crm and am trying to determine the best way to sync contacts by specific criteria. I have a custom field in both CRM and Campaigns called conversion page, I need this field to determine what mailing list my subscribers go to or what segment they go to.

I currently have my mailing lists set-up with three list, each list having 3-5 segments. If I need to set up multiple lists with no segments for this to work I will but it is not ideal. 

Every time I try to sync a list in campaigns I do not see a way to segment by criteria, or send a lead to a segment of a list, my only option is an entire list itself. 

If anyone has suggestions or answers that would be great. I want to upgrade to a paid account but will not until I know I can properly segment list.
