I have configured our FB page in zoho Social, and I'm trying to synchronize our lead forms in facebook with Zoho CRM. i can see a nomber of leads for each fb form, but when i click on it and search for the manual synchronize button the list of leads is missing (screenshot attached). On the other hand, new leads are not being synchronized either, even when I have activated that option in brand lead settings. What I'm a doing wrong?
