What is the best way to tag individual people in ourZoho CRM to easily contact them for smaller events?
We would preferably like a custom module where we can list attendees already in thesystem and easily send email correspondance from that module.
I looked into using backstage, but we hold smaller seminars and workshops where the tickets are purchased on our website so I think this is module is a bit "too big" for our use.
We have tried assining attributes, so going into the settings and creating an attribute for new events. We then assign these to the customers, and we can use this to look up the people that have the attribute and send mass emails that way.
Is using "tags" and option that would work in thesame way? I believe creating tags is a lot faster an straight forward than going into the settings to create new attributes.
Ideally we would like to have some sort of projects module page where we can have details for the event, maybe have tasks for employees and such, where we can also list attendees and send emails from this area. Is that possible? We have one custom module set up where we can do tasks and such, however we are not able to list attendees that are already in the CRM, we can only create new people under that module.
Any input on how this can best be dealt with is appreciated.
