How to track email activity from sent email in ZOHO CRM.

How to track email activity from sent email in ZOHO CRM.

When i was using Hubspot CRM, there was a special email that was always in the BCC that tracked recipients' activity on the email like open time/date, time looking at email, links clicked etc.

Is this feature available on the ZOHO CRM? I am having trouble locating it. All I can see is the "email sent" and no record of any replies except in my GoDaddy mail inbox.
