Is there a way to track referrals inside of Zoho?

For example I have lead "Jim Smith" Jim refers 4 new clients to me. I would like to be able when I click on the lead "Jim Smith" see a list of the 4 new clients that he has referred that I could click on and be taken to the full record for each of the 4 new clients whether they are still leads or have been converted into contacts.
