How to track time trigger workflow queue
Hi all!
I'm new to Zoho and trying to figure something out.
I was able to create a workflow using a time trigger, but I want to know how to track the messages in the "queue" that have no been sent out yet.
I want to be able to see a list of e-mails that will be going out soon so that if for whatever reason I need to cancel a message, I could.
I am currently able to do this in Salesforce and hoping we are able to in Zoho as well!
