How to track updates since last login?

Hello All,

We have been using ZohoCRM for a while now and face a unique issue. Senior Managers find it hard to track the changes, updates and new record creations made by Junior profiles, since their last-login or last-check.

When they travel, they actually have to be sent emails with links of updates made in ZohoCRM.

How are Team-members/Peers/Subordinate updates tracked in ZohoCRM? Is there a recent-posts feature in Zoho like the forum scripts have?

We are finding this as a big stumbling block. Please help.
