Hello,
I have recently come in to a new company and they are using zoho. Unfortunately they have been using it all wrong and I have been tasked with upgrade our entire business to run completely on zoho. I've decided to organize all of the raw data into categories (leads, contacts, potentials, etc...)
My question is: How do I take the raw customer data, store it in a separate
file/module/program, sort through it, and then resend that organized data back to its respective module in zoho? Please advise on the easiest way to do this.
