is there any option to move my emails from zoho to gmail or office 365. i would like to export more than 25k emails from zoho to office 365 or gmail. can anyone help me to guide properly. this will help me to access my emails easily i have both account and can easily  do it with office 365 or gmail.

i want two options. direct from zoho to office 365 

or exported eml files from zoho to gmail. please suggest me both if possible
