How to unlock my mail? Need help

My mail sales@goophone.cc is blocked today, I got this notice: Daily Mail Bounce Count Exceeds Limit. How to unlock my mail? I upgrade to standard 10GB edition, but the mail still is blocked. Please help me how to unblock it. Thank you very much.
