Hi, 

I am new in this community but been using Zoho CRM for years. We are a leasing company in Denmark, and using Zoho CRM as part of our dealer administration. 

We are using Zoho cases as an overview of current contracts and have automated workflows around this. What we want Zoho to assist us with is sending an Zoho document to a dealer based on a status in Zoho cases. 

Is there anyone in here who have an idea?
