How to use? Zoho Personal or Zoho Planner?

Hello,

I was inserting data on Zoho Planner, but have found Zoho Personal. Is this a new service that will substitute Zoho Planner?

I also saw that Zoho Personal does not appears on Zoho Homepage. Someone knows what is the cause of this, please?

What do you recommend to use, in order to manage my daily schedule, to-do lists, etc?

Can I share information and work in group with my associates, as I do in Zoho Planner, allowing or not some data with them?
