How to use Corporate mail in Zoho CRM

How to use Corporate mail in Zoho CRM

Hi there,
I have a very limitation problem using Zoho CRM and it is about Zoho Mail.

We have our Corporate Mail working in our private server (not provided by Zoho) and we use it really a lot!
Actually we have to "copy and pest" our comunications in the notes of any contact each time we receve or send an email and it is really frustrating...

That's whay...
We try to set zoho mail with our Corporate mails and it works... but "silently"!!!
I mean we have 2 big problems:

1. When i receive an e.mail in my corporate account I can see it in Apple Mail (my client) as usually... I leave my mail as to open (not open yet)... After 3 minutes, Zoho get the e.mail but... even if I had not open the e.mail, Apple Mail notify me my new mail as read!!! You can imagine what is receive an e.mail ad don't see it because your client notify it as read -.-"

Anyway... we could accept it (very hardly >.<") if Zoho CRM would notify me that I get a new mail!!!!
That is pur second problem:
2. Zoho CRM get mail but not notify me nothing until I open the client inside the CRM to verify if I have a new mail...

I don't think I'am the only one I need to have a notifier for my mail... so please, if you had a solution, let me know!


....just a pint 3. 
What about mobility? There is no way to verify, read or write an e.mail on my smartphone?
If Zoho CRM would not change the status in my client that wouldn't be a problem... but in this case, it is really hard to work in mobility...
