I wonder if you can help me please?  I'm using the Zoho CRM free version, have setup an email template in Zoho CRM and then navigated to Leads, selected one lead and then Send Email.  In the email dialogue that pops up, I only see 'None' in the email templates list.  How do I get my email template to be available so I can send an email based on the template to one or more selected leads.

Also - in the email template, there seems to be no mail merge field for Lead - firstname.  What should I use to be able to specify e.g. Hi Fred? (Lead's firstname).
