Some of our clients are large national firms with contacts in multiple different offices and we need to be able to look at both the entire national account and the staff located within each location.
Though I know there is a "SITE" option at the ACCOUNT level this doesn't appear to have any linkages with the CONTACTS.
Am I missing something about how to use this field or does this mean that we will need to set up a Parent Company as the national firm and then add Member Companies for each location?
