How to use or understand the apple FPE sync method and Truesync Offline method?

There’re two syncing method for the truesync app with apple FPE according to your new version release note.
1, The GREEN ICON - workdrive trusync 
2, The CLOUD ICON - apple way sync

QUESTION:
  1. How do I use them?
  2. Do I need to use them at same time? If I use the right-click menu to set the workdrive “ make it offline”, do I need to click the apple CLOUD ICON too? 
  3. I made this folder offline, but, there’re files not offline but with the green icon, why? 
I really don’t understand the logic of these two syncing method, if I need to set one folder offline and make it always realtime syncing, which one do I need to use?
