How to use RSS
I have some data tables I download to an Excel sheet (for graphing) on a weekly basis but I would like to automate the process. Is there some way I could use RSS or JSON to get this done? I can not figure out how RSS and Json work.
Is there some way I can get a feed that updates automatically? I can not figure out how I would use the RSS download from my table in google reader to get updates.
