How to use schedule calls??
Even the overdue sheduled calls are automatic closed after de date/time due?!
Am I missing something here?
Trying to edit those scheduled calls I can not change it status or
call duration??!
It is basic on a CRM system schedule, postpone, confirm scheduled
phone calls.
Can anyone explaing how it was suppost to work?!
