How to use Zoho to track a range of marketing activities over a group of leads
I am struggling to understand how I should use Zoho to track my various marketing initiatives over a period of time to a group of leads and the response I get each time. If I provide an example it may help.
Say I gather a database of 1000 leads from various sources and wish to telemarket or email market to 100 leads per week and after 10 weeks I want to start the cycle again, how can I best use Zoho to track the marketing activity so I can see what approaches I have made to each lead over a period of time? And how to I track any response I get from a lead (e.g. not this time but happy to take a call from you again sometime) and relate that response to a marketing activity?
I would need to be able to view or generate a report of all leads marketed to in a given marketing event, so using the Activities functionality would not seem to work because it is not possible to generate a report based on an activity field.
Any suggestions?
