We really like the Zoho suite of applications. Currently we start working with Zoho Projects. Certain projects we would like to share with client users. They are non-Zoho users. Now, I have some questions because it is not really clear fro m the help documentation:
- What will happen if we invite those client users by using their company email addresses; will they be able to work in Zoho Projects from then on, just by re-clicking the link that they will be sent in the initial invitation? Or will they have to sign on as a Zoho user, so that they get a Zoho account and password? If so, the problem is, some people are not willing or sauvvy enough to first open a Zoho account, so is there a workaround?
- Can we edit the welcome message that will be sent with the initial invitations?
