How to work with client users

Hello,

We really like the Zoho suite of applications. Currently we start working with Zoho Projects. Certain projects we would like to share with client users. They are non-Zoho users. Now, I have some questions because it is not really clear fro m the help documentation:
  1. What will happen if we invite those client users by using their company email addresses; will they be able to work in Zoho Projects from then on, just by re-clicking the link that they will be sent in the initial invitation? Or will they have to sign on as a Zoho user, so that they get a Zoho account and password?  If so, the problem is, some people are not willing or sauvvy enough to first open a Zoho account, so is there a workaround?
  2. Can we edit the welcome message that will be sent with the initial invitations?
