We've setup a workflow that triggers When: On a record action > Edit > Specific field(s) get modified. Then we're importing CSVs to update a couple fiends on a bunch of records where the triggering field would be modified, but it's not triggering the Workflow.

The Workflow triggers just fine when we update the sane Lead record's field manually in the CRM... why would it not trigger when the field value is updated by other means like a CSV import?

And now we're also wondering: Are there OTHER methods by which a record could get a field update and not trigger a Workflow that has criteria that says it should?
