How zoho is different from google apps?

I am currently using google apps for my business. I am using the standard version. If i register a domain with them, say example.com; then I can assign each user his identity as user1@example.com or user2@example.com and so on.

Although it may be there is the url, for accessing all their services like mail, docs or calendar i need not use the word google or goolgeapps in any of the urls. I can continue to use my example.com preceded by mail or docs or www depending upon the type of work.

Please guide me is it the same case with zoho? Or am i compelled to use the word zoho or something like that along with my domain?

I have seen that if you create an organisation in business account without verifying your domain then the portal url is example.business.zoho.com

Is this only due to the fact that the domain is not yet verified? Will domain verification make any change?

Me & my friends doing small business are eager to jump to zoho, but my existing url as available from google is smooth. It does not tell my clients what I use to manage my business internally. and I prefer it that way.

Will I get the same facility here?
