It would be nice if we could add html blocks of information/help text to layouts, controlled by field entry. I am constantly needing to add help text or additional information based on field inputs for my users.

Case in point, I am trying to weave in temporary users / call center agents and I would like to be able to add scripts or  additional information if they answer a certain question, but I can't.
