I followed the steps from this link =>  https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/templates/email-templates.html

to create a personalized email template, however after inserted the code provided from the instruction and sent several test emails. It didn't appear the name of the person but the code itself. 

Please see photo for reference and advise the solution for this.
