I downloaded the free 'Sales Management' App. I need an "HTML View" to look like attached file. If it can be exported to PDF identical to the attached file that would be perfect. The 'Billing' and 'Shipping' address comes from the "New Account" form. The order details (Model, Description, Qty, Price shipping etc) come from the "New Order Form" The "Line" row is variable. Meaning, there are no set amount of units per order. It can be 1 or it can be 30. So the document needs to 'expand' automatically according to the amount of units.
