HTTP 400 Error when using API

HTTP 400 Error when using API

I got http 400 error since 9/1, I double confirmed that  getRecordById and getRecords work well , but insertRecords and updateRecords not. 

I know API 1.0 will be sunset at the end of 2018, but API 1.0 should works well now as I didn't get any update information about API protocol change. It has a huge impact to our daily operation. When will the hot fix be done ?
