HTTP Status 401 - Unauthorized access When trying to access the "Links" and "Tasks" Applications

When trying to access the "Links" and "Tasks" Applications, I get a HTTP Status 401 - Unauthorized access message.  Can you please look into this matter so I can access the Applications?
