I'm Not!

I would like to use Zoho CRM but I cannot get sufficient information to make a proper decision. ZOHO sent me a mail from some person called gopal who promised to answer my questions......guess what he doesnt! I am sooo tired of asking for basic stuff that I am off to evaluate Google apps for hope of a more professional attitude
